This is your daily action As a team lead Commercial operations you and your team of 10 will make sure every department has the right information. The team has a crucial role entering, checking and maintaining article and contract data. You need to have an eye for detail to make sure the quality is guaranteed. In addition, you will support your team members' personal and career development, identifying their needs for training and education. You will also take the lead in their annual assessments. Building their trust, inspiring them and contributing to their job satisfaction, you are your team's go-to-person. And you will secure the capacity and capabilities of your team as a whole, which means focussing on retention and maintaining low staff turnover, as well as initiating recruitment. You will also identify and implement opportunities to streamline and optimise processes, procedures and systems. As your proposed changes may affect other departments you'll be working closely with other team leads and managers to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectivity. We are also the gatekeeper who ensures that all product data are correct and that our systems process them optimally, the point of contact for suppliers and customs and the library manager, where we keep one sample of each article for a certain period of time.
