Do you have extensive experience in controlling and/or accounting and familiarity with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)? Look no further because our Group Financial Control department is seeking an ESG Reporting Specialist!

Your daily Actions

As an ESG Reporting Specialist, you will contribute to achieving our ESG objectives. You will be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the requirements outlined by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will play an essential role in our internal and external reporting, both nationally and internationally.

In the upcoming period, we aim to make significant strides in your field, providing even more direction to Action's financial and sustainable success. This entails critically examining how we can better support our business and management through our expertise, reconfiguring processes where possible, and involving your colleagues and our entire organization in this endeavor.

Further more:

• You will daily engage with stakeholders such as our colleagues from the Sustainability and Communication teams;
• You will support in conducting analyses and monitoring progress on our other CSR goals, and you are familiar with relevant laws and regulations;
• You will develop analyses and frameworks to measure data, define reports, and set goals, such as for our CSR annual report or CSRD reporting;
• "You are indispensable in our annual reporting process, serving as the key point of contact for stakeholders regarding ESG reporting.
  

Your team

Naturally, you won't be alone in this role; you will closely collaborate with your four colleagues within our Group Financial Control team. It's a dynamic team where everyone operates with a great deal of autonomy while simultaneously working together to shoulder our important responsibilities for Action. Additionally, you'll regularly engage with other colleagues, departments, and management across all the countries where we are represented.

This is you

With your helicopter view, you always maintain an overview of everything related to sustainability within Action. You take immediate action when you believe something is relevant to our ESG reporting.

Further more:

• A Master's degree in Accountancy or Controlling;
• At least six years of relevant experience as an Accountant, Auditor, or Controller, supplemented with training and practical experience in ESG reporting;
• Current knowledge of CSRD, ideally supplemented with ESG assurance knowledge;
• Preferably, familiarity with ESG reporting tools;
• Strong communication skills in English.
