The Padellers embarked on its padel adventure in early 2021. Currently, we have 14 locations open, and in the coming year, The Padellers will further expand to 25 locations across the Netherlands. Our goal is to develop The Padellers into the market leader in Western Europe. To achieve our plans, we are looking for a floor manager who has a passion for the sports industry and who will work with us to realize and optimize our growth ambitions.

what do we expect of you?

• You are social, solution-oriented, and work accurately and independently.
• You have knowledge of labor law.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English are required.
• You are willing to work at least 4 days a week in the office.
• You are available for a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of new team members in both the Netherlands and Germany.
• Playing a significant role in the onboarding of new employees and managing the entire personnel administration.
• Developing, implementing, and executing an appropriate HR policy.
• Serving as a point of contact for all levels within the organization.
• Reporting to and collaborating with the Operations Manager.

Profile

As HR & Recruitment Manager at The Padellers, you are the linchpin within the organization. You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of new team members, manage the entire personnel administration, and foster connections among everyone in our office. Additionally, you ensure that our office serves as a pleasant and safe workspace for the team. Your focus is on both the team in the Netherlands and in Germany.
