Design, develop, and maintain the company website using custom HTML/CSS.
Optimise website for performance, usability, and SEO.
Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.
Develop and write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Create multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics) using Creative Cloud.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
Work closely with different teams (Internal & External) to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing activities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.
Experience with optimising metadata and implementing structured data for SEO.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, both written & spoken in English & Dutch.
Skill in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop to create and edit images. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics and Adobe InDesign for designing layouts and graphic content.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Result oriented and no 9-5 mentality
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Understanding of UX/UI principles.
