Currently, there are 13 locations open, and in the coming year, The Padellers will further expand to 25 locations across the Netherlands. Our goal is to develop The Padellers into the market leader of Western Europe. To achieve our plans, we are seeking club hosts who have a passion for the sports world and who will work with us to realize and optimize our growth ambitions. What do we expect from you? Job Responsibilities You are the primary point of contact on-site for members and staff. You are responsible for the club, ensuring everything is always neat and orderly. You create schedules for the staff. You manage inventory and place orders. You explain the rules of padel when necessary. You coordinate the rental of rackets and balls. You maintain records of lesson requests, court rentals, and events in our administration. Additionally, you independently handle email and phone inquiries from players and/or companies. You oversee events on the day itself, in collaboration with a team. You manage the bar and serve guests in accordance with hospitality guidelines. You report to the Head of Locations & Events. Profile As a Club Manager at The Padellers, you are the face of one of our locations.
